We support all major OEM’s, Tier 1, Tier 2 and aftermarket providers from the early design for manufacture (DFM) stages, prototype manufacturing, series production and a continuation with the ongoing supply of legacy componentry.

Typical components are used to support Aerospace and Defence programs and due to the weight design attributes tend to be manufactured from aluminium or titanium. Our 26 CNC machine tool range allows high speed machining with top end 25,000 rpm spindle and high-pressure coolant availability if required.

Component materials in various forms, consumables and assembly items are sourced in line with customer requirements from AS9100 approved supply chain companies. We machine using our precision CNC machine tools to the agreed design print specifications, providing FAI reports, to full requirements as requested. Within the full turnkey package, we source and manage all external processes such as hard anodise, Alocrom, paint, NDT etc. and of course provide assembly to complete the desired supply.

To finish, we provide transport to the customer facility or support an ex-works storage solution if that is more suitable.
