Executive Summary

This document consolidates the rationale behind integrating the BioTwin platform into Bruce Power's Learning and Development efforts, focused on known opportunities for improvement in ANO/SSIT.  

EXO Insights BioTwin® is a Human Performance Improvement platform focused on helping institutions achieve their workforce's integral learning and potential in high-risk, mission-critical environments where safety and precision are critical, using advanced Biosensors, applicable in Live, Virtual and Constructive Training (LVCT) scenarios. EXO Insights measures the "how" of training, allowing instructors, training leaders and commanders to improve their learning and performance skills by measuring their personal and interpersonal potential while applying behavioural improvement techniques.

EXO's Biotwin® addresses an age-old problem in training: the lack of objective, readily available behavioural data, which is currently supplied by high-cost experts with years of accumulated, hard-fought experience.

BioTwin® improves the performance of the expensive human element, eliminating biases, replacing subjectivity with objectivity and creating a scalable proposition by:
