Our epoxy tooling material range includes products suitable for a wide range of applications, including patterns for all forms of carbon fibre mould production, high-temperature applications, direct-to-part manufacturing, vacuum forming and thermoforming.

Our materials have a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) to provide consistent, reliable performance and excellent dimensional stability along with a superior, smooth surface finish, free from porosity. 

Materials are available in a range of board thicknesses from 50 millimetres to 200 millimetres.

Our materials are available with compatible adhesives, repair pastes, sealers and release agents.
