Combining several thousand hours of previous ex-military operating experience, EEI Instructors deliver a full spectrum of training from ab-initio through to complex mission scenarios for Pilots, Sensor Operators and Mission Intelligence Coordinators. The training is supported further by MMD and EEI team members acting as a professional White Force operating a full wrap-around synthetic system that immerses the crew in the operational environment, providing realism to their training.
The team pride themselves on being trusted partners of the RAF and enjoy a close working relationship as part of the whole force concept. This ensures that practical and theoretical training is delivered in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and constantly evolves to remain tactically relevant whilst enabling aircrew to operate to the current and future demands of UK Defence & Security policy.
As a Lincoln-based Small Medium Enterprise with a global reach, EEI is always keen to establish new partnerships or enhance existing partnerships with larger organisations from within the Defence sector. We are always keen to broaden the RPAS training service we offer to wider UK MOD, RAF or international Governments as they bring MQ-9 platforms (such as the new MQ-9B Protector RG1) or other strategic RPAS capabilities into service.
