Here at FTi we aim to provide a world class service, offering the complete Product Support package ensuring total peace of mind for our customers’ who are at the very heart of our business.
Training - A key factor in ensuring product reliability and efficiency along with customer satisfaction. We have available experienced Field Service Engineers who can provide full instruction on the safe operation and maintenance of equipment when required. The training can be offered as a cost efficient refresher course, individually tailored to suit the needs of the customer, taking into account the experience of operators and maintainers, as well as the age of the equipment.
Service - Our fully trained Field Service Engineers are utilised worldwide to provide technical support by phone, e-mail and on site. Within the UK they are backed up by their fully equipped service vans which are stocked with lots of everyday consumable items that can be used to solve simple issues immediately.
Spares - Our Product Support team are backed up by an extensive stock holding of spares and components held at our UK base. Spares that are required can be dispatched quickly and regularly reach remote locations within 72 hours from request
