With the RCT coupling, REICH-Kupplungen offers an optimal drive solution for connecting diesel engines with hydraulic pumps. Due to the torsionally rigid design of the RCT coupling, critical resonances can be shifted to the area above the operating speeds. This enables subcritical operation of the drive without passing through dangerous torsional vibration amplitudes.

Similar to the ARCUSAFLEX® coupling, which has been tried and tested for decades , the RCT coupling is an axially pluggable flange coupling. The coupling element consists of a robust metallic inner body with a thin rubber coating that effectively absorbs torque shocks. In addition, the small axial, radial and angular displacements that are common with flanged hydraulic drives can be compensated.

Numerous standardized tooth profiles enable the RCT coupling to be clamped to the pump shaft without play, the coupling flanges are adapted to SAE flywheel dimensions.
