The +t platform provides a personalised experience to manage life and access training advice and guidance navigating a service career, through transition and into veteranhood.  It supports the whole Armed Forces community through scheduling, and the provision of the training, information, advice and guidance specific to an individual's circumstances.

Unlike the current provision for transitioning, which looks at emplyability for the service person only, +t supports from the holistic perspective with support across Employment, Finances, Accommodation, Children, Education, Health, Wellbeing and Community.  (The community module is planned to be developed into a social media tool, with mentoring for all).  

+t is described as a "one-stop-shop", but personalised for the individual in a Netflix approach to providing what is of interest.  For the MoD the aggregated, anonymised data can support with near real time knowldege of where the Armed Forces Community is in the UK thereby supporting with the provision of services through statutory organisations and Local Authorities.

Development plans include support in translating skills, competencies, ranks, roles and responsibilities into something that can be understood by prospective employers, BUT only as and when the decision to leave has been made.  The Social Media aspects of the platform will support in the retention of individuals looking to leave, through being advised to stay in and gain more quals prior to taking the decision.  We can fulfil on CDP's desire to create the recruitment channel from the ex-serving community for those looking to re-enlist when circumstance change.
