Fluid Transfer designs and manufactures low profile semi articulated/semi trailer Aircraft Refuellers for into-plane companies and operations at airports all around the world.  Capacity ranging from 25,000 Litre to 65,000 Litres useable capacity refueller mounted on a 4×2 / 6×2 or 6×4 configuration chassis.  The refuellers are equipped with a front mounted elevating platform with the main delivery and metering equipment located immediately behind the drivers cab, between the platform and the tank or at the rear of the tank, subject to the customers preference.

The refuellers can be equipped with either 1 x underwing and 1 x overwing hoses or 2x underwing hoses, 1 or 2 x deck hoses via elevating platform, single or double metering systems with either mechanical or electrical metering displays and installed with either filter water separator or filter monitor vessels to meet the customers’ requirements. Options also include a weatherproof cabinet.

The Fluid Transfer design offers long lasting quality design, value for money, excellent performance, in modular or complete vehicle offerings.  Fluid Transfer incorporates the latest standards, safety requirements and specifications that can be adapted to meet the customers individual requirements.

Offering Operational flexibility to refuel the largest commercial aircraft or the smallest regional jets. Flowrates of between 250 LPM up to 3,000 LPM is possible through the deck hoses or a single or double hosereel arrangement. The Fluid Transfer low profile rigid Aircraft Refueller conforms to latest European Standards BSEN12312-5, EI1581 6th edition, ISO1825 and JIG1 13 requirements. This vehicle can be produced in left-hand or right-hand drive variants, offering Operating Temperature of -20°C to +50°C as standard with low temperature options also available upon request, Fully ATEX approved electrical barrier system, Fueltronic™II refuelling management system incorporating deadman timer and Interlock Monitoring System.
