STORK STM - Autonomous Resupply
Key features:
- Exceptional endurance, range and payload capabilities in a rugged, transportable form factor. 5x the range of a quadcopter
- Designed for potentially contested multi-domain environments with no reliance on local supply or infrastructure. Survivable, repairable, low training overhead.
- Flexible payload capability to transport key equipment to ensure support where needed - can land with payload on rugged terrain; accurate payload drop.
- Continuously developed with defence since 2018
- 400km range - Can fly from safety even in a contested environment. Payload can be exchanged for an increase in range and vice-versa.
- 135kg payload - A useful payload weight with the flexibility to add refrigeration, swap for sensors, or transport fuel or retardant
- No Infrastructure needed - Takes off in 50m on unprepared ground. Doesn't need equipment to take off or land. Runs on widely available fuels
- Small footprint - fit 4 in a 20' ISO container, 2 on an aircraft pallet, or tow behind a car or truck. Damage resistant in transport.
- Full autonomy - Able to take off, fly and land autonomously beyond visual line of site. Capable of flying in contested environments without GPS or Comms.
- Damage tolerant - Resistant to hostile damage and misuse. Easy to repair with local materials as needed.
- Simple field repair and service - Possible with ground vehicle mechanics with a low training burden.
- Low cost - Relatively inexpensive to purchase initially and low cost to run.
- Flexibile - Payload bays can airdrop, land and be unloaded, or carry sensors, rebroadcast equipment or climate-controlled cargo.
